Food & Beverage Lead

Full-time, on-site | La Maison RALIA, 4281 boul. Saint-Laurent, Le Plateau

RALIA is opening a new chapter in our hospitality story, and we are looking for a culinary and F&B leader to build it with us. This role runs the food and beverage operations at La Maison RALIA, our boutique hotel and event space in the heart of the Plateau, where guests gather for retreats, celebrations, co-working, and stays in our hotel suites.

You would be the person shaping how RALIA tastes, smells, and feels around the table. We are promoting a healthy, conscious approach to food and drink that still feels celebratory and tastes amazing.

What you would do

  • Lead all F&B operations across the hotel, Connections event space, and in our expansion projects
  • Build menus that reflect RALIA's voice: local-first, regenerative, intentional, and genuinely delicious
  • Manage MAPAQ compliance, alcohol service standards, and all licensing and safety protocols
  • Hire, train, and care for the bar and kitchen team
  • Own F&B P&L: cost of goods, pricing, vendor relationships, and reinvestment into guest experience
  • Partner with our Hospitality, Events, and Community leads to deliver standout experiences for retreats, milestone events, weddings, and corporate gatherings
  • Help us evolve programming like open bar nights, watch parties, retreat menus, and seasonal offerings

What we offer

  • Competitive full-time salary
  • Open vacation policy with thoughtful planning around peak hospitality periods
  • Wellness budget and access to our Employee Investment Pathway
  • Complimentary nights at our properties, including in the Laurentians and Costa Rica
  • Six-month Growth Plan check-ins and yearly compensation reviews
  • A leadership seat at a women-led table that values your voice, your vision, and your boundaries

You might be a fit if

  • You have 5+ years in F&B leadership (restaurant, boutique hotel, events, or hospitality)
  • You hold or can obtain MAPAQ certification
  • You lead with both hospitality instinct and operational rigour
  • You can move between menu creation, team coaching, and a spreadsheet without losing the thread
  • You are bilingual (French and English); Spanish is a beautiful bonus given our Costa Rica connection
  • You believe profit and humanity belong in the same sentence

Eco Cleaning Specialist

Part-time, contract | La Maison RALIA, 4281 boul. Saint-Laurent, Le Plateau

At RALIA, our cleaners are the heart of how guests feel the moment they walk in. You are not just turning over rooms. You are setting the energy of the space, caring for a building that holds people's celebrations, retreats, and rest, and quietly shaping a guest experience that lives on long after checkout.

We are looking for someone to join our Eco Cleaning team on a part-time, contract basis. You would work alongside a small, all-women crew that recognizes excellence weekly and treats cleanliness as an act of love for our guests and our space.

What you would do

  • Perform turnovers for our 10-bedroom boutique hotel and event space, Connections
  • Follow our eco-cleaning standards (low-tox products, mindful waste, energy-conscious habits)
  • Care for linens, restocks, and the small touches that make a room feel ready
  • Flag maintenance needs early so the building stays in great shape
  • Bring initiative, attention to detail, and a calm, grounded presence

You might be a fit if

  • You take pride in detail and notice what others miss
  • You are reliable, communicative, and respectful of guests' privacy
  • You are comfortable with physical work (lifting linens, stairs, bending)
  • You can work flexible hours including some weekends
  • Bonus: experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or eco-conscious cleaning
