Eden Carpenter is the reason Human Design lives inside the walls of La Maison Ralia. As our first Human Design expert and coach, Eden inspired the original idea to weave Human Design into the essence of the hotel, room by room, Activator by Activator, until the entire building hummed with it. She trained our founder, sat with each Activator through their personal Human Design journey before they touched their rooms, and continues to hold the through line that makes this hotel different from any other on the planet. Eden's activation lives in the most surprising corner of the event space, a delicate origami beehive crafted by her sister and tucked away in a quiet spot only the curious will find. Guests who venture in are invited to tend to their inner queen, listen for the hum of their own truth, and remember that every great hive begins with one bee willing to build something sweet.

About the Activator Program
The Activator Program is the heart of what makes a stay at La Maison Ralia different. Every room in our hotel has been designed by Montreal's own Florence Charron of Indee Design, then handed over to a local Activator, a Montrealer whose work, energy, and story shape the soul of the space. Each Activator walked their own Human Design journey to arrive at the decisions they made for their room, so when you stay with us, you are not just sleeping in beautiful surroundings, you are stepping into a curated expression of a real person, their craft, and their gifts to this city.
We chose this model because we believe regenerative hospitality starts with relationship.
